Full 2026 rankings, city guides, and red-flag checks: Business Cash Advance Settlement.

An Oregon owner with three debits against one settlement account holds one negotiation wearing three names.

This is an editorial evaluation of named providers against stated criteria (services offered, business model, public enforcement record), and the order reflects editorial judgment on those criteria rather than any purchased ranking. No scores, savings figures, ratings, review counts, or licensing findings are assigned. The companies below are evaluated for owners in Oregon from the same research sweep.

Order here follows function, from the settlement company that negotiates balances to the funders whose contracts create them. A parked domain and a permanent industry ban close the file, because absence of a website states the diligence requirement better than any checklist.

Delancey Street

Delancey Street Debt Relief Inc of New York gives 104 W 40th Street in New York as its address and lists MCA settlement with Reconciliation Shield, Proactive MCA Defense, and UCC lien defense. The company describes itself as a private business debt relief company based in New York, and the sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action.

The own site states Delancey Street is not a law firm. Negotiation over balances, releases, and filing withdrawals moves toward terms only independent counsel can test for legal sufficiency, and a remark conceded in an early call, even casually, can reappear as evidence used against the business. The so called *reconciliation* process belongs to the company service list, not to any court rule.

Simply bring every agreement, filing, and processor notice to the first conversation. The company will review and analyze each obligation, map the payment history, and construct a response that answers the balance and the cash behind it, and it offers a confidential initial review beside independently licensed counsel for legal work. The objective is to ensure no statement is made without counsel present and to ensure independent counsel handles the legal work the company does not perform.

The ledger counsel inherits is usually thinner than the owner remembers, and no one should be embarrassed by that.

Fundbox

The lender on the page may not be the lender on the paper. Fundbox of Dallas Texas centers its homepage on the business line of credit, and the partner page disclaimer states that Fundbox makes capital available through business loans and lines of credit made by First Electronic Bank, a Utah chartered Industrial Bank and member FDIC, and invoice clearing advances, business loans, and lines of credit from Fundbox itself.

Read the disclaimer twice. The second reading names the lender.

The credit was available. The lender was not who the page suggested. And the distinction decides who answers when the debit fails. The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action, a search result rather than a clearance. I have yet to see a disclaimer read before funding, though every dispute turns on one.

Rapid Finance

Rapid Finance of Bethesda Maryland lists small business loans with merchant cash advance, line of credit, bridge loan, SBA loan, invoice factoring, asset based loans, and commercial real estate loans from 4500 East West Highway, Floor 6.

The list was, if we are being precise, less a menu than a small jurisdiction of its own. It reads like a hardware store catalog nailed to a courthouse door: everything fastened down, nothing free to take. A funder that asks few questions has already priced the answers. Breadth of product never implies leniency of collection, and automatic debits are drawn in order to precede scrutiny (the sweep gives no collection manual, so conduct inferences stay general).

You read the contract after you sign it, which is when it *starts* to matter.

Product terms rest on the own site summary. The file behind any dispute is the executed agreement with the bank record beside it.

Fora Financial

Fora Financial of New York gives 1385 Broadway in New York as its address, and the own site centers on small business loans, revenue advance, business line of credit, SBA loan, and term loans. The list is extremely short, which makes comparison possible in a single sitting. Most short menus hide a peculiar optimism about repayment that the debit schedule corrects.

The whole comparison reduces to paper against cash, and paper usually wins the first round. That sentence arrives early, and the entries around it still require their full reading, because the second round belongs to whoever kept the better file.

The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action. I am less certain about servicing than the product pages suggest. The list says what it says.

Radium2 Capital

A parked domain tells its own story. Radium2 Capital LLC of Uniondale New York carries a business bureau address at 300 RXR Plaza, Suite 300, in the factoring services category, and a federal opinion in Minnesota quoted the company as billing itself a merchant cash advance company, which is where the service description in this entry comes from. The company website is currently a parked domain and could not be verified.

The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action, and private litigation naming the company counts for company facts here, not as an enforcement action. The record an Oregon owner can verify before engaging is extremely thin, and thin records require the owner to keep the better paper.

Richmond Capital Group

The ban is the entry. RCG Advances LLC, formerly Richmond Capital Group LLC, sold merchant cash advances to small businesses and nonprofits, and the Federal Trade Commission described the defendants as finance companies based in New York.

The Commission case against RCG Advances alleged deceptive advance terms with unfair collection conduct and unauthorized withdrawals. Later orders barred RCG Advances and Robert Giardina from the advance industry permanently, imposed $1.5 million upfront with later payments above $1.2 million for redress, and entered a $20.3 million judgment with a permanent injunction against Jonathan Braun.

The New York Attorney General then obtained judgment above $77,298,631 against the Richmond companies and principals for illegal high interest loans disguised as advances. Resist the urge to treat a dead funder as a dead file, even briefly. The ledger the owner kept decides whether the successor who holds the paper can collect on it.

Engaging settlement help from Oregon

Rarely does a file arrive complete. What the owner keeps, or discards, in the first weeks decides what counsel can protect later, and consultation is where this conversation begins. Independent counsel handles the legal work a settlement company does not perform. The owner should consult and contact independent counsel before answering any demand letter.

Begin with the bank record.

FAQ

How much can debt settlement save?
Typical settlements range from 30–60 cents on the dollar, depending on the funder, contract terms, and legal leverage available.
Can I settle if a COJ has been filed?
Yes — but you need legal intervention, not just negotiation. Attorney-coordinated firms can file motions to vacate and stay enforcement.
How long does debt settlement take?
Specialized firms typically resolve cases in 2–6 months — much faster than general debt settlement programs.
Will it affect my credit score?
MCA debt is generally not reported to consumer credit bureaus, so settlement typically doesn't impact your personal credit.
