Full 2026 rankings, city guides, and red-flag checks: Business Cash Advance Settlement.

A San Antonio owner paying three funders from one register has already lost the negotiation the contracts assumed would never happen.

This is an editorial evaluation of named providers against stated criteria (services offered, business model, public enforcement record), and the order reflects editorial judgment on those criteria rather than any purchased ranking. No scores, savings figures, ratings, review counts, or licensing findings are assigned. The companies below are evaluated for owners in San Antonio from the same research sweep.

Texas added its own disclosure regime for covered sales based financing in 2025, and the six entries below should be read inside that frame, running from the one settlement company that negotiates balances to funders whose paper creates them and closing with a defunct operation whose public record shows why the regime exists. The statute changed the paperwork. It did not change the arithmetic of stacked daily debits.

Delancey Street

Delancey Street Debt Relief Inc of New York lists MCA settlement with Reconciliation Shield, Proactive MCA Defense, and UCC lien defense in its own navigation, and the contact page gives 104 W 40th Street in New York as its address. The company describes itself as a private business debt relief company based in New York, the only entry here whose stated business is the resolution of obligations rather than their origination.

The own site states Delancey Street is not a law firm, and the sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action, a search result rather than proof of a clean record. In 2019, before the current Texas disclosure rules, files like these were negotiated without standardized cost figures on the page, and counsel worked from bank statements alone. Simply bring every agreement, filing, and processor notice to the first conversation, and Delancey Street will map and trace each obligation, review and analyze the payment history, and construct a response that addresses both the contractual claims and the practical realities of the cash flow, because the objective is to ensure no statement is made without counsel present and to ensure independent counsel handles the legal work the company does not perform, and any communication with a funder, even casually, can alter the posture of the case.

And the statute, for all its new disclosure language, creates no private right of action under Section 398.102, which leaves negotiation and counsel where they always were. The company offers a confidential initial review and coordinates with independently licensed counsel for legal work.

Fundbox

Fundbox of Dallas Texas centers its homepage on the business line of credit, and the partner page disclaimer states that Fundbox makes capital available through business loans and lines of credit made by First Electronic Bank, a Utah chartered Industrial Bank and member FDIC, and invoice clearing advances, business loans, and lines of credit from Fundbox itself. The office list runs from San Francisco to New York to Dallas and beyond. The middle of that disclaimer raises the only question that matters.

There are exceptions, though in practice they tend to confirm the rule. The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action, which reports a search result and proves no clean record.

OnDeck

OnDeck of New York offers business term loans with a business line of credit, and the own homepage states credit limits from $6K to $200K with funding up to $400K and funds as soon as 24 hours after approval. The application runs online, and the sweep describes the company as owned by Enova. The reconciliation clause functions the way a smoke detector functions in a building already scheduled for demolition: present on the plans, immaterial to the outcome once revenue falls.

The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action. Product terms rest on the own site summary, and the agreement controls.

Balboa Capital

Balboa Capital Corporation of Costa Mesa California now operates as Ameris Bank Equipment Finance, a division of Ameris Bank, and the own homepage lists equipment financing, commercial financing, small business loans, SBA loans from $400,000 to $5 million, vendor financing, franchise financing, and equipment leasing. The menu is extremely equipment centered and extremely legible, which lets a San Antonio reader with MCA paper on the books see at a glance that this entry belongs to a different credit market. I am less certain about judicial reception of equipment cross default language than the preceding sentence suggests.

The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action, a search result and not a clearance.

Everest Business Funding

Everest Business Funding LLC of Miami Florida (12496 NW 25th Street in the bureau profile, since the own site lists phone contacts but no street address) offers revenue based financing with fast working capital and business term loans from its own homepage. The footprint described here is Miami. The evaluation is for San Antonio owners, and the distance between those two facts is the entire premise of an editorial ranking drawn from a national sweep rather than a local directory.

The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action. The agreement names the funder on its first page.

Yellowstone Capital

Yellowstone Capital LLC of Jersey City New Jersey (a New York limited liability company whose parent is Fundry LLC, with the address on the business bureau profile reading 1 Evertrust Plaza, Floor 14) sold merchant cash advances repaid through daily automatic payments, and the company website is dead and could not be verified. The operation is defunct, and it appears here as a record, not a recommendation.

The Federal Trade Commission alleged continued withdrawals after balances were repaid, conduct undertaken in order to collect sums no contract supported, and the stipulated order carried payment of more than $9.8 million with 7,731 refund checks totaling over $9.7M, while the New Jersey Attorney General announced a 27.375 million dollar settlement over alleged unlawful lending, servicing, and collection practices and the New York Attorney General announced a 1 billion dollar settlement with a Yellowstone controlled network including over 534M in debt cancellation.

Resist the urge to answer a collection notice with concessions, even briefly. Texas now voids confessions of judgment in covered contracts under Section 398.055, effective with the 2025 enactment, though counsel must assess coverage and timing on each file. That single prohibition would have rewritten the ending of several files this evaluator has seen.

Engaging settlement help from San Antonio

Consultation is where this conversation begins, and independent counsel handles the legal work the settlement company does not take on. What a creditor chooses to disclose, or to withhold, in the first exchange shapes everything after.

The disclosure arrived. The debt remains.

FAQ

How much can debt settlement save?
Typical settlements range from 30–60 cents on the dollar, depending on the funder, contract terms, and legal leverage available.
Can I settle if a COJ has been filed?
Yes — but you need legal intervention, not just negotiation. Attorney-coordinated firms can file motions to vacate and stay enforcement.
How long does debt settlement take?
Specialized firms typically resolve cases in 2–6 months — much faster than general debt settlement programs.
Will it affect my credit score?
MCA debt is generally not reported to consumer credit bureaus, so settlement typically doesn't impact your personal credit.
