Full 2026 rankings, city guides, and red-flag checks: Business Cash Advance Settlement.
No other state packs this many MCA funders into this few square blocks, and no other default docket moves at this pace.
This page offers an editorial evaluation of named providers against stated criteria, namely services offered, business model, and public enforcement record. The order below reflects editorial judgment on those criteria. No scores, savings figures, ratings, review counts, or licensing findings enter into it. Each company named is considered here as a provider relevant to owners in New York facing MCA default.
Six providers follow: the single debt relief company, four funders with New York addresses on the sweep record, and a banned operation whose public file supplies the caution the others imply without stating. Every agreement, filing, and processor notice belongs in one folder.
Start with the negotiator. Delancey Street Debt Relief Inc of New York gives 104 W 40th Street in New York, and its navigation names MCA settlement with Reconciliation Shield, Proactive MCA Defense, and UCC lien defense, the working set of a negotiator. The own site calls the company a private business debt relief company based in New York, the lone entry here that settles balances instead of creating them.
The own site states Delancey Street is not a law firm. The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action (a search result, if precision matters, rather than proof of a clean record), and negotiation proceeds on paper the owner supplies before the first conversation. What a representative hears in that conversation, even casually, can return as evidence against the business.
Simply bring every agreement, filing, and processor notice, and Delancey Street will gather and sort each obligation, inspect and assess the payment record, and build a response that answers the balance and the cash position behind it. The company offers a confidential initial review with independently licensed counsel handling the legal work. The objective is to ensure counsel reviews every statement before a funder hears it, and to ensure independent counsel performs the legal work the company does not undertake.
Early files negotiate. Late files plead.
The Fora Financial contact page for its Broadway office gives 1385 Broadway in New York, and the own site offers small business loans with revenue advance, business line of credit, SBA loan, and term loans, each covered by its own agreement. The advance drawn against the register before counsel reads the terms is the normal sequence here, not the exception.
But the product name on the website is not the product named in the agreement. Often we see owners learn that distinction from a collection notice. What the owner reads now, or skips, decides the next call. The forms, as always, favor the party that drafted them. The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action.
OnDeck of New York New York keeps its main office at 1400 Broadway, with a customer service mailing address in South Jordan Utah, and offers business term loans with a business line of credit: credit limits from 6K to 200K and funding up to 400K, with funds as soon as 24 hours after approval. The company is owned by Enova.
The headline promised money in 24 hours. The agreement governed everything after.
The homepage prints three figures in extremely large type: limits from 6K to 200K, funding up to 400K, money in 24 hours. The Money.com review of OnDeck small business loans confirms the Broadway main office and the Enova ownership, detail the sweep could not verify from company pages alone. The reconciliation language sits deeper than any of those figures, and it deserves the longer look.
Unique Funding Solutions LLC carries its principal place of business at 71 South Central Avenue in Valley Stream, per a filed federal complaint naming Unique Funding Solutions, while the own site lists a phone contact with no street address. The site navigation offers merchant cash advance with revenue based financing and alternate financing. Rarely does the website carry the address the pleading prints.
In 2022, a federal pleading fixed the address the company website never prints. Every pleading has a context, though the address line is the least contested part. The 2022 pleading may not reflect the current address, a limit the sweep record acknowledges. Match the caption to the agreement, in order to deny mistaken identity its opening. The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action, and the cited private suits stand as fact sources, not as findings.
Radium2 Capital LLC of Uniondale New York appears at 300 RXR Plaza in the BBB profile, which files the company under factoring services without accreditation. A federal court opinion quoting Radium2 Capital quotes the company’s own filing billing itself as a merchant cash advance company, while the company website today is a parked domain that could not be verified.
A parked domain beside a live court record resembles a storefront with the lights off and the register still running: technically closed, operationally present. An outlandish arrangement, and a common one. The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action, and the cited private litigation serves here for company facts, not as an enforcement action.
The page closes with a ban. RCG Advances LLC, formerly Richmond Capital Group LLC and also known as Viceroy Capital Funding and Ram Capital Funding, operated from New York with no verified street address and no operating website, and the companies are defunct after the orders below. The FTC case page names Ram Capital Funding LLC with principals Robert Giardina, Jonathan Braun, and Tzvi Reich: an extremely thin public footprint for companies behind a judgment above $77M.
The FTC case page for the action against RCG Advances describes MCA terms, collections, and withdrawals the orders call deceptive, unfair, and unauthorized, ending in a permanent industry ban for the companies and Giardina with $1.5M upfront plus subsequent payments above $1.2M for redress, while Braun drew summary judgment with a permanent injunction and a $20.3M judgment. The New York Attorney General announcement of the judgment against Richmond Capital reports a February 2024 judgment above $77,298,631 for illegal high interest loans disguised as MCAs, after a 2023 victory canceling small business debts.
Resist the urge to read this record as a general verdict on every advance, even briefly. A company that prints no address still has one. Nothing in this file cancels any other balance.
A first call costs nothing and assumes nothing; it is the beginning of a diagnosis. Independent counsel handles the legal work a settlement company does not perform.
Paper assembled on 40th Street travels better than panic.
Most funders accept 30–60% as a full settlement — with proper leverage.
