If you have an attorney, then typically your attorney is responsible for sending you a copy of the divorce. The copy of the final divorce judgement, is something which is a government filed document. That means, if needed, you can go to Clerk in the county in which the divorce was filed, and consequently get a copy of it.
If you are unable to go there, you can provide authorization to an agent – who can then get you it. The agent acts on your behalf, and gets the copy for you. Typically, when a divorce is filed, the court will send/give, either you, or your attorney, a copy of the judgement. It’s important to keep it safe for future usage.
