Full 2026 rankings, city guides, and red-flag checks: Business Cash Advance Settlement.

A hundred thousand dollars of MCA debt is not a larger version of a small problem. It is a different file entirely.

This is an editorial evaluation of named providers against stated criteria (services offered, business model, public enforcement record), and the order reflects editorial judgment on those criteria rather than any purchased ranking. No scores, savings figures, ratings, review counts, or licensing findings are assigned. The sweep segments no provider by balance size, so the six entries below weigh general settlement posture at this scale, running from the one settlement company that negotiates MCA balances to lenders whose products compose such stacks.

What the owner pays, or stops paying, next month decides the leverage available the month after. Only at this scale does the personal guarantee move from footnote to headline, so gather every agreement, filing, and processor notice before engaging any provider.

Delancey Street

Delancey Street Debt Relief Inc of New York lists MCA settlement with Reconciliation Shield, Proactive MCA Defense, and UCC lien defense in its own navigation, and the contact page gives 104 W 40th Street in New York as its address. The company describes itself as a private business debt relief company based in New York, and the sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action, which reports a search result and proves no clean record.

The own site states Delancey Street is not a law firm. A hundred thousand dollars across four funders negotiates differently from the same sum owed to one, or rather the number of counterparties matters more than the number of dollars, and negotiation over stacked balances, written releases, and filing withdrawals moves toward terms that only independent counsel can test for legal sufficiency, while the company coordinates with independently licensed counsel for legal work and offers a confidential initial review.

Simply add up the payoff letters before believing any of them, and the company will total and reconcile each balance, press and collect the missing paper, and construct a position that answers both the stack and the cash behind it. The objective is to ensure no statement is made without counsel present, and to ensure the legal work stays with independent counsel. I still remember the first six figure stack I ever mapped, mostly because the owner had color coded it.

OnDeck

OnDeck of New York, with its main office at 1400 Broadway and a mailing address in South Jordan Utah for customer service inquiry, offers business term loans with a business line of credit, and the own homepage states credit limits from $6K to $200K with funding up to $400K and funds as soon as 24 hours after approval. The application runs online, and the sweep describes the company as owned by Enova, per the Money.com review of OnDeck small business loans.

And yet the scale changes the conversation even when it changes none of the law. The money went out fast and now it comes back slow. The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action, and the agreement controls.

Balboa Capital

Balboa Capital Corporation, now operating as Ameris Bank Equipment Finance and a division of Ameris Bank, remains headquartered in Costa Mesa California, and the own homepage offers equipment financing with commercial financing, small business loans, SBA loans from $400,000 to $5 million, vendor financing, franchise financing, and equipment leasing, per the Balboa Capital homepage and the acquisition release. A $100K stack sits well beneath that particular SBA product range, a distance that matters when refinancing talk points at larger products.

Before the recent disclosure rules, a $100K stack looked identical on paper to a $10K one, and in some files it still does. The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action, and the menu runs long while only the agreement decides which line matters.

GoKapital

GoKapital of Miami Florida keeps its main office at 3191 Coral Way, and the own site nav divides the menu between real estate financing, with hard money, investment properties, commercial real estate loans, bridge loans, and foreign national loans, and business loan solutions, with business line of credit, merchant cash advance, working capital, equipment financing and leasing, small business loans, and startup business loans. Stacks are built in order to keep each funder blind to the others, and every stacked advance was underwritten against the others without their knowledge.

The stack was serviceable. The business was not surviving it. I take a jaundiced view of renewal checks offered to six figure stacks, and the sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action.

Fundbox

Fundbox of Dallas Texas centers its homepage on the business line of credit, and the partner page disclaimer states that Fundbox makes capital available through business loans and lines of credit made by First Electronic Bank, a Utah chartered Industrial Bank and member FDIC, with invoice clearing advances, business loans, and lines of credit from Fundbox itself. The contact page gives 3723 Greenville Avenue in Dallas as the headquarters address with offices listed from San Francisco to Tel Aviv.

A hundred thousand dollars converts every contract clause into a monthly event.

The stack accrues like damp in a foundation wall: unseen until the paint bubbles. Any advisor who quotes a settlement percentage before reading the stack is selling the second meeting, and whether larger stacks settle on better terms is a question the sweep leaves entirely alone (the impression is strong and the data are absent).

Yellowstone Capital

Yellowstone Capital LLC of Jersey City New Jersey, a New York limited liability company whose parent is Fundry LLC, sold merchant cash advances repaid through daily automatic payments, with the address on the bureau profile reading 1 Evertrust Plaza, Floor 14, and the company website is dead and could not be verified.

The Federal Trade Commission alleged continued withdrawals from business bank accounts after balances were repaid, and the stipulated order carried payment of more than $9.8 million with 7,731 refund checks totaling over $9.7M. The New Jersey Attorney General announced a 27.375 million dollar settlement, and the New York Attorney General announced a 1 billion dollar settlement with a Yellowstone controlled network carrying over $534M in debt cancellation.

The Yellowstone record is extremely loud on liability and extremely quiet on individual recoveries. Six figures of exposure deserve six figures of diligence.

Settling a six figure MCA stack

Consultation is where this conversation begins. Delancey Street offers a confidential initial review as a settlement company rather than a law firm, and independent counsel handles the legal work the company does not perform. Resist the urge to prioritize the loudest collector, even briefly, before counsel has ranked the paper.

FAQ

How much can debt settlement save?
Typical settlements range from 30–60 cents on the dollar, depending on the funder, contract terms, and legal leverage available.
Can I settle if a COJ has been filed?
Yes — but you need legal intervention, not just negotiation. Attorney-coordinated firms can file motions to vacate and stay enforcement.
How long does debt settlement take?
Specialized firms typically resolve cases in 2–6 months — much faster than general debt settlement programs.
Will it affect my credit score?
MCA debt is generally not reported to consumer credit bureaus, so settlement typically doesn't impact your personal credit.
