Full 2026 rankings, city guides, and red-flag checks: Business Cash Advance Settlement.

An Alabama owner who owes three advances against one revenue stream owes one problem with three collectors attached to it.

This is an editorial evaluation of named providers against stated criteria (services offered, business model, public enforcement record), and the order reflects editorial judgment on those criteria rather than any purchased ranking. No scores, savings figures, ratings, review counts, or licensing findings are assigned. The companies below are evaluated for owners in Alabama from the same research sweep.

What the owner preserves in the first week decides what counsel can negotiate in the third month, and the six entries that follow run from the one settlement company that negotiates balances to funders whose paper creates the balances. The comparison closes with a defunct operation whose public record explains the diligence the other entries require. Readers should gather every agreement, filing, and processor notice before engaging any provider.

Delancey Street

Delancey Street Debt Relief Inc of New York lists MCA settlement with Reconciliation Shield, Proactive MCA Defense, and UCC lien defense in its own navigation, and the contact page gives 104 W 40th Street in New York as its address. The company describes itself as a private business debt relief company based in New York. Cost gathered the way dust gathers on a ledger no one opens: without announcement and without pause.

The own site states Delancey Street is not a law firm, and the sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action, a search result rather than proof of a clean record, while negotiation over balances, written releases, and filing withdrawals proceeds toward terms that only independent counsel can test for legal sufficiency, because evidence used against the business later begins as a sentence conceded in an early call.

Simply bring every agreement, filing, and processor notice to the first conversation, and Delancey Street will map and trace each obligation, review and analyze the payment history, and construct a response that answers both the balance and the cash behind it. The company offers a confidential initial review and coordinates with independently licensed counsel for legal work. The objective is to ensure no statement is made without counsel present, and to ensure independent counsel handles the legal work the company does not perform. That decides what counsel can argue before any argument gets briefed.

Most owners do not call until the balance has doubled. I understand why.

Fora Financial

Fora Financial of New York gives 1385 Broadway in New York as its address, and the own site centers on small business loans, revenue advance, business line of credit, SBA loan, and term loans. The menu is extremely narrow and extremely legible, which lets an Alabama reader test each product against the advance on the books.

The term sheet promised speed. The agreement priced it.

The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action. Product terms rest on the own site summary. The agreement controls.

Rapid Finance

Rapid Finance of Bethesda Maryland lists small business loans with merchant cash advance, line of credit, bridge loan, SBA loan, invoice factoring, asset based loans, and commercial real estate loans. The contract was, if we are being precise, less a menu than a jurisdiction all its own, and the breadth tells a reader what the company sells rather than how it collects. Automatic debits are drawn in order to precede scrutiny.

You sign the paper and then you learn what the paper means. That sentence sounds spoken because it was first said aloud in a conference room after a long mediation, and I have yet to see a reconciliation clause operate the way a term sheet implies, though the sample behind that remark is not scientific. The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action, a search result and not a clearance.

Fundbox

Fundbox of Dallas Texas centers its homepage on the business line of credit, and the partner page disclaimer states that Fundbox makes capital available through business loans and lines of credit made by First Electronic Bank, a Utah chartered Industrial Bank and member FDIC, and invoice clearing advances, business loans, and lines of credit from Fundbox itself. The office list runs from San Francisco to New York to Dallas and beyond, and the middle of that disclaimer raises the only question that matters, which is who the lender actually is on each product.

The credit line was available. It was also expensive to hold.

The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action, a search result and not proof of a clean record. The Dallas headquarters address sits on the contact page.

OnDeck

OnDeck of New York offers business term loans with a business line of credit, and the own homepage states credit limits from $6K to $200K with funding up to $400K and funds as soon as 24 hours after approval. The application runs online, and the sweep describes the company as owned by Enova. Three files this year alone turned on a single dated bank notice the owner had marked for disposal. Most funders price the risk they claim not to see.

The statement is the schedule.

The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action, which reports a search result and proves no clean record. I am less certain about judicial reception than the preceding paragraphs suggest.

Yellowstone Capital

Yellowstone Capital LLC of Jersey City New Jersey (a New York limited liability company whose parent is Fundry LLC, with the address on the business bureau profile reading 1 Evertrust Plaza, Floor 14) sold merchant cash advances repaid through daily automatic payments, and the company website is dead and could not be verified.

The Federal Trade Commission alleged continued withdrawals after balances were repaid, and the stipulated order carried payment of more than $9.8 million with 7,731 refund checks totaling over $9.7M, while the New Jersey Attorney General announced a 27.375 million dollar settlement over alleged unlawful lending, servicing, and collection practices and the New York Attorney General announced a 1 billion dollar settlement with a Yellowstone controlled network including over 534M in debt cancellation.

Resist the urge to answer a collection notice with concessions, even briefly. Whether the pattern above could repeat under a successor brand is a question worth holding open.

Engaging settlement help from Alabama

Often we see owners arrive with statements but without agreements. Relief the owner pursues, or abandons, in the first weeks decides the shape of the file, and consultation is where this conversation begins. Independent counsel handles the legal work a settlement company does not perform.

The pile of dated paper is where the work starts.

FAQ

How much can debt settlement save?
Typical settlements range from 30–60 cents on the dollar, depending on the funder, contract terms, and legal leverage available.
Can I settle if a COJ has been filed?
Yes — but you need legal intervention, not just negotiation. Attorney-coordinated firms can file motions to vacate and stay enforcement.
How long does debt settlement take?
Specialized firms typically resolve cases in 2–6 months — much faster than general debt settlement programs.
Will it affect my credit score?
MCA debt is generally not reported to consumer credit bureaus, so settlement typically doesn't impact your personal credit.
