Full 2026 rankings, city guides, and red-flag checks: Business Cash Advance Settlement.

Three advances against one revenue stream decide the order of negotiation before counsel is retained.

This is an editorial evaluation of named providers against stated criteria (triage function, collector machinery, public enforcement record), and the order reflects editorial judgment on those criteria rather than any purchased ranking. No scores, savings figures, ratings, review counts, or licensing findings are assigned. Every company fact below comes from the same research sweep, and only companies the sweep profiled are named.

Three debits circle one deposit the way gulls circle a single trawler, and the answer comes before the full problem is described: the settlement company first, the live counterparties in the order they threaten the account, and the defunct operation last as the warning the others require. Three advances hang their full weight on one deposit account.

Delancey Street

The third collector changes the negotiation from arithmetic to triage. The contact page for Delancey Street Debt Relief lists MCA settlement with Reconciliation Shield and Proactive MCA Defense in its navigation, plus UCC lien defense, and gives 104 W 40th Street in New York as its address. The company describes itself as a private business debt relief company based in New York that is not a law firm.

Negotiation over balances, releases, and filing withdrawals moves toward terms only independent counsel can test, because a concession made to one collector is read by the other two as the price of the file. The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action against the company, which states a search result without implying a clearance.

Simply gather and hold every agreement, review and analyze each debit sequence, and build a reply that speaks to the three balances in the order they threaten the account. The company offers a confidential initial review with independently licensed counsel for legal work. The objective is to ensure no statement is made without counsel present, and to ensure independent counsel handles the legal work the company does not perform.

Most owners call after the third debit posts. The earlier call is the one counsel can use.

Credibly

When two debits already clear daily, the third balance belongs at the top of the file. The contact page for Credibly lists the Southfield, Michigan address at 25200 Telegraph Road with a New York office beside it, and the own homepage offers working capital loans with merchant cash advance, business line of credit, and equipment financing. The intervals between withdrawals are extremely narrow, which is why the third position hurts first.

The daily debit (which the advance industry will describe as a purchase rather than a loan) leaves no interval for recovery between withdrawals. A funder that advances a third position on a strained account has stopped underwriting and started harvesting. The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action. The New York office is listed at 270 Madison Avenue.

Rapid Finance

The menu the sweep describes is extremely broad and extremely precise about products while silent on collection. The about page for Rapid Finance gives 4500 East West Highway, 6th Floor, Bethesda, Maryland, as its address, and lists small business loans with merchant cash advance, line of credit, bridge loans, and SBA loans beside invoice factoring, asset based loans, and commercial real estate loans that complete a catalog few borrowers finish. The menu promises range. By the third debit, the account permits none of it.

The breadth complicates the triage, because each product carries its own paper and the owner must sort which balance represents which obligation before answering any collector. Nobody reads the security schedule until the debits overlap. This is the arithmetic the third advance ignores. In most of the files we have seen, though the sample is not scientific, the overlap arrives before the owner calls it a default. The sweep surfaced no enforcement action at state or federal level, a search result and not a clearance.

Radium2 Capital

But the file with three collectors often includes paper whose holder has faded from public view. Radium2 Capital LLC carries that legal name in its bureau profile at 300 RXR Plaza, Suite 300, Uniondale, New York, in the bureau factoring services category without accreditation; the sweep describes a New York corporation with its principal place of business in New York. The company provides working capital and bills itself as a merchant cash advance company in the words of a court opinion quoting its own filing, while the company website sits parked and could not be verified.

An October 2019 federal decision in Minnesota is cited in the sweep for company facts rather than as an enforcement action (the bureau snapshot carries no date in the sweep, which limits what the address proves). The sweep surfaced no state or federal enforcement action. What the owner discloses, or withholds, in the first conversation decides whether that gap helps or hurts.

Yellowstone Capital

Rarely does a file with three collectors settle on memory alone. Yellowstone Capital LLC, a New York limited liability company whose parent is Fundry LLC, shows a Jersey City, New Jersey address on its bureau profile at 1 Evertrust Plaza, Floor 14, for merchant cash advances repaid through daily automatic payments. The company website is dead and could not be verified. The alleged continued withdrawals after full repayment read as outlandish on the complaint page.

The Commission case page for Yellowstone Capital shows alleged continued withdrawals after balances were repaid, a stipulated order carrying payment of more than $9.8M, and 7,731 refund checks totaling over $9.7M, while the New Jersey Attorney General announced a $27.375M settlement with balance forgiveness near $21.75M plus $5.625M for restitution, penalties, fees, and costs, and the New York Attorney General announced a $1.065B judgment against a Yellowstone controlled network with over $534M in debt cancellation across more than 18,000 businesses and at least $16M in restitution, all of it structured in order to look routine until the totals are set side by side. The record runs long because the misconduct ran longer, and the figure that anchors it is $1.065B.

Resist the urge to promise the third collector what the first two already claim, even briefly. What the owner concedes, or signs, under that pressure decides the defenses that survive it. I am less certain about the third position than the preceding paragraphs suggest.

Closing the File on Three Advances

The weight lifts only when the last release is recorded. Delancey Street extends a confidential initial review, and consultation is where this conversation begins. Independent counsel handles the legal work a settlement company does not perform.

FAQ

How much can debt settlement save?
Typical settlements range from 30–60 cents on the dollar, depending on the funder, contract terms, and legal leverage available.
Can I settle if a COJ has been filed?
Yes — but you need legal intervention, not just negotiation. Attorney-coordinated firms can file motions to vacate and stay enforcement.
How long does debt settlement take?
Specialized firms typically resolve cases in 2–6 months — much faster than general debt settlement programs.
Will it affect my credit score?
MCA debt is generally not reported to consumer credit bureaus, so settlement typically doesn't impact your personal credit.
